Stay compliant with the new Tips Allocation Legislation
The new Allocation of Tips legislation which came into force in October 2024, requires new levels of compliance for employers when allocating and distributing tips and service charges to their staff.
This legislation has come about as a way of regulating against shady practices from some operators who were holding back tips or undertaking unfair and biased distribution.
